Continental Engineering Services (CES) is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineering to lead basic software and algorithm activities for various in­vehicle automotive electronics within the Continental portfolio

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelors degree in engineering
•5 to 7 years experience with embedded SW programming in the Powertrain area
•Good understanding of Gasoline Engines and in particular Powertrain control systems
•Experience with Matlab/Simulink and Target­Link or Embedded Coder
•Experience in standard controls tools, modeling, simulation, development, testing, and validation
•Strong Team Player - Ability to work in a team environment and will interface closely with the internal and external customers, product development teams across the region.
•Extensive hands­on experience in the development of software projects
•Good communication skills with CES team, internal & external customers
•Very good debugging skills
•Experience in validation using HIL systems CANoe & CANalyzer
•Experience with Freescale / Infineon microcontrollers low level drivers such as SPI, ADC, etc.
•Experience with engine systems / transmission systems / hybrid electrical vehicle systems
•Experience with CAN based Communication protocols etc.
